Our key medical field engineer/product specialist for flow cytometry, biochemistry/immunoassays/blood gases/microbiology are experienced MFE, who are trained in product knowledge in Europe/S. A/USA. Personnel undertakes update programs regularly to keep up with new trends in technology. Sisie, Inc. wishes the very exciting entry into Microarrays and Lab-on-a-Chip that has changed the way we think of diagnostic testing. Instead of a patient sample needing to be subdivided for each test result, FAT offers a diagnostic patient profile with each patient sample. So now the patient’s need becomes the focus on delivering the multiple results needed for improved diagnosis.

Sisie, Inc. provides quality management solutions including external quality control material. 24.7 peer group reporting and IQA programs. We offer clinical systems from low to high throughout so there is an analyzer for all laboratory types. Our portfolio of high-quality reagents is available for use on a wide range of analyzers.
We are in the process to offer multiplex testing for clinical, research, technology, and molecular laboratories. We are the leading supplier of medical equipment, and our unique approach to sales of hardware reagents, service support, and consumables, i.e. 80% of our customers are contracted with our partners to supply directly, promptly supplies quarterly/ half-yearly and yearly supplies (subject to life) to ensure that tests are available all times without downtime.
Sisie, Inc. maintains medical field engineer (1 for now) to ensure reliability, timely preventive maintenance (PM), rapid detection, laboratory efficiency, whereby the hospital and laboratory image is enhanced plus hospital revenues. We effect periodic service calls on all systems installed. We carry out through P.M. protocols on all our supplied systems. We offer several different service plans. Our main customer base is the Medical Reference laboratories, major hospitals, clinics, and private hospitals.
Sisie, Inc. has over the years has established a good business relationship with a few well world-renowned organizations. We are in the process of adding more categories to our portfolio: automation in microbiology, (new) patient monitors/ultrasounds/POC labs on a chip. Systems used in intensive care/emergency unit/HIV/viral labs. Our engineers will be trained in the service and application of these new systems.
Sisie, Inc. has stayed a low-profile company, ensuring that capacity building in Liberia, is our priority NDU/HMU (national diagnostic unit & health management unit/arm of the ministry of health) technical staff engineers are regularly trained, and workshops are implemented in a timely fashion, all the necessary support, (Sisie, Inc. is contracted with MOH/GF) for installed equipment is carried out. In short, we ensure all the installed equipment is working in good order and conforms to the manufacturer’s specifications. In doing so, we have been careful to represent only manufacturers of the highest international standards and integrity. Combined with our dedication to service, this ensures that our customers can be confident of receiving full support for any product that they purchase, whether it is the simplest of diagnostic kits or a sophisticated analytical instrument. Most of the work done in the diagnostic and research labs and these areas have remained our focus of the operation. Reagents/preventative maintenance is the backbone that enables large and small instruments churning out results for help in medical diagnostics and therapy.
